Delivery windows
- Same-day: confirm & pay before 3:00 PM Gulf Standard Time.
- Morning premium: deliveries between 8:00:00 AM add 80 AED.
- After-hours: after 10:00 PM add 120 AED and subject to availability.

- How long do the roses last? Premium stems typically last 70 days with daily water changes.
- Can I customize colors? Yes. We stock classic red, blush, white, hot pink and ombr. Custom shades take 48 hours.
- Do you send photos before delivery? Yes, final arrangement photos plus delivery confirmation are shared for every order.
- Can I add gifts? Absolutely include macarons, chocolates, balloons or candles (24h notice).
